Our Services

  • Healing doesn't happen in isolation. Our group coaching is culturally responsive and led by Psychologists with both lived and professional experience.

Our "How to Cut Fruit for Yourself" 6-Week Self-Compassion & Reparenting Skills Program has now run multiple times and the impact speaks for itself. Each round, participants leave with deeper self-compassion, practical reparenting skills and a community that genuinely gets it. Head to our Events section to learn more and reserve your place in the next program. We are currently open for EOI here.

  • We offer tailored workshops and training for organisations and community groups providing mental wellbeing and mental health services to culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

Through reflective, practically grounded approaches, we help your team build genuine cultural responsiveness from the inside out. Whether you're building foundations or deepening existing practice, we'll meet you where you are. Reach out to start the conversation.

  • Need a guest speaker who brings both cultural insight and lived experience to the room? We deliver sessions that resonate covering mental wellbeing, cultural identity, and healing in ways that spark meaningful dialogue and lasting impact.

Available for conferences, panels, community forums and training events. Get in touch via our contact form to discuss availability and topics.

  • Everyone deserves wellness resources that actually reflect their world. Browse our growing library of culturally responsive mental health and wellbeing tools with several available for free — across our Resources page, website, and social media platforms.

We recently launched our very first culturally responsive physical tool, the Cultural Compass, which sold out entirely on preorder! Stay connected so you're first to know about what's coming next.
