Does the “cutting fruit” analogy feel like a part of your story? If so, this space was created with you at its centre.
This program invites you to turn that gesture inward, to learn what it truly means to “cut fruit” or show care, kindness, care and nurturance for yourself. Not just as a metaphor, but through meaningful, manageable action that’s culturally informed, psychologically grounded, and created by POC psychologists.
A gentle, skills-based group coaching space rooted in culture, care, and community.
Final Intake for 2025 Starts 25th September
Update: One Day Left + One Supported Spot Remaining
We’re almost at the start line for our final cohort of How to Cut Fruit for Yourself™ which begins next week.
There’s one final Supported Spot available at our community-supported rate. The Supported Rate ($450) was created to honour the realities of financial limitation, caregiving responsibilities, and systemic barriers and to make this space more reachable for those who need it. We are leaning into community trust for this pricing and ask that you choose this rate if it makes your participation possible. Once spots are filled, the code will no longer work.
If this offering has been sitting quietly in your browser tabs or heart, now is the time.
🔸 Use code ACCESS at checkout to claim the final Supported Spot
🔸 Registration closes Friday 19th September at 11:59PM AEST
🔸 This is our last intake for 2025, the next round won’t open until mid-2026
..Even as adults we can learn new ways
to foster kindness and show up for ourselves
with wisdom and respect...
What is this program?
How to Cut Fruit for Yourself™ is a warm culturally informed skills-based online group program for People of Colour (POC, led by Clinical Psychologist Vi Tran. Through the lens of self-compassion, culture and community, you’ll learn how to turn care inward and create meaningful rituals of rest and self-nurturance.
Through a blend of live group coaching and self-paced learning (including videos, workbooks, and handouts), you'll develop sustainable practices. Participants receive 12 months of access to the learning materials, giving you the time and space to move at your own pace, in a way that honours your learning style and life rhythms.
Grounded in practical, experiential tools and guided by evidence-based approaches: including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Schema Therapy this program gently explores:
How to offer yourself consistent, culturally attuned care
Practices that reconnect you with your body, culture and self through the act of cutting fruit - both symbolically and practically
Ways to soften patterns of self-sacrifice and people-pleasing
How to pause, breathe, and return to yourself with presence
Immerse yourself in a space intentionally created for People of Colour navigating cultural nuance, emotional fatigue, and the longing for gentler rhythms.
