Who This Is for:
This workshop is for you if:

  • You’ve ever been told to “just be yourself” but it didn’t feel safe or simple

  • You find yourself navigating different versions of yourself at work, at home and in community

  • You’re tired of code-switching, over-performing, or shrinking parts of yourself to be seen as “professional”

  • You’re seeking culturally grounded, strengths based language and tools to help you show up more consciously without burning out

  • You’re navigating the tension between authenticity, safety, and professionalism as a POC

  • You appreciated our last session and are ready to explore these themes more deeply, in practice, not just in theory

Whether you’re in a 9–5, freelance, running your own business or navigating multiple worlds at once; this space is for People of Colour who want to reflect, connect and move differently through systems not built with us in mind.

No prep needed, just bring your honest self (in whatever shape you’re in)!

What to Expect

  • Practical tools for real-world challenges: Explore reflective and conscious action-oriented strategies that help you recognise how People of Colour adapt at work and how to reclaim your energy, authenticity and agency.

  • Join the conversation: Engage in a live, facilitated workshop with two culturally responsive psychologists who hold space for honest, nuanced and sometimes uncomfortable truths.

  • Take-home support: Receive a digital worksheet with guided prompts and practical tools to help you reflect deeply and apply what you learn beyond the session.

  • Key Topics include: reclaiming language and boundaries, selective authenticity and how sharing parts of yourself can be rooted in self-preservation, cultural dissonance, assimilation and code-switching.

You’ll Leave With:

  • A clearer language for naming your experiences

  • A culturally anchored framework for navigating authenticity

  • A Live experience of reflective and practical tools

  • A digital handout to revisit after the session

Navigating Our Pricing: Our Three-Tier Pricing Model

We recognise that finances can be a barrier to learning, and we want to ensure this webinar remains accessible while also fairly compensating our team. To support this, we use a three-tiered pricing model, allowing participants to choose the option that best suits their circumstances.

  • Low-Cost Needs ($0): For those who require financial support. If this option makes it possible for you to attend, we welcome you.

  • Sustainer ($30): Covers the cost of your attendance and supports the sustainability of this work.

  • Pay It Forward ($45): Contributes to covering the costs for someone who would not otherwise be able to attend. If you are in a position to contribute more, this option directly supports community access.

How It Works

Simply select the pricing tier that feels most appropriate to you. There is no additional application process. If your employer is covering your attendance, we encourage selecting the ‘Pay It Forward’ option.

This model aims to ensure that financial constraints do not prevent access to learning while also valuing the expertise, time, and effort that go into delivering this work. Thank you for your support in making this possible.
